Immigration to the United States through family or employment.

If you have family in the United States, or a qualified employer, you may be eligible to become a lawful permanent resident so that you can permanently live and work in the United States.

Citizenship and naturalization.

Individuals of good moral character who have lived in the United States for a certain period of time are eligible to become a United States Citizen. Citizenship is an important privilege and entitles you to certain rights and benefits that are not available to lawful permanent residents. Most importantly, you are allowed to vote and be employed in law enforcement. After you become a United States citizen, you cannot be deported from the U.S. as a result of a criminal conviction.

Fast-track naturalization for family of U.S. citizen working or serving in the military overseas or missionaries.

Regular path to citizenship requires that you continuously live in the United States for a certain period of time. This is difficult to do when your wife or husband is stationed overseas. If you stay outside the United States for more than a year, you may lose your permanent resident status. This means that you have to incur the extra expense of coming back to the U.S. every year, even if your spouse’s deployment overseas is longer than that. Fast-track naturalization bypasses this process. You can become a U.S. citizen without having to go through these hurdles. All our clients have to do is come to the U.S. for about a week for an interview and a quick oath ceremony and come back to their spouse as a United States citizen.

Deportation or removal from the United States.

Deportation or removal is a formal process where the government seeks to remove a non-citizen from the U.S. because he/she violated his/her immigration status or was convicted of a crime. Some forms of relief are available only in deportation or removal proceedings. Therefore, it is important to consult with an immigration attorney as soon as you receive a notice of removal (called Notice to Appear) and before the first scheduled immigration hearing. You have the right to be represented by a lawyer in immigration court at your own expense.

Asylum, Convention Against Torture and Withholding of Removal.

Our services include representation of individuals who cannot return to their country because of a credible fear of persecution. These services include affirmative asylum applications as well as applications for asylum, relief under the Convention Against Torture, or withholding of removal as part of immigration court proceedings.
